Joining the College

The College of Remote & Offshore Medicine Foundation is an excellent opportunity to discover, develop or re-ignite your passion for austere medicine!

Whatever your medical background and experience, you can join CoROM in one of the various collegiate membership categories to receive benefits related to College activities.

Current members in good standing are granted the use of “MCoROM” post-nominals.

Membership dues are collected into an account that will be used to provide medical equipment, training, and direct donations to worthy healthcare-related projects located in resource-poor environments.

Current Members can suggest to the Officers where the dues should be spent and for what projects.

Membership Fee: €80 per year

€950 for Lifetime Membership is invite only. If you are interested in becoming a Lifetime Member, please fill in the application form found by clicking the ‘Click here to apply‘ blue button and mention that you are interested in becoming a Lifetime Member. You will have an interview with our Executive Dean before the College can accept you into the Lifetime Membership programme.

We process Membership applications throughout the academic year. We process applications once payment has been sent.
