Level 3 Supervising Food Safety
The course offers knowledge of food hygiene practice and legal responsibilities and provides further detail on the controls that can be implemented to ensure that the food handling process is as safe and hygienic as possible. The course uses a variety of written text, interactive exercises and video content to provide delegates with an up-to-date knowledge of how to comply with food safety law.
Who is this for?
This Level 3 Food Safety Training Course is designed for managers, supervisors and Remote Medics working in the catering industry or overseeing a remote kitchen in order to help them understand essential day-to-day responsibilities, including how to implement the basics of a HACCP food safety management system.

The final exam is open book. Students are encouraged to use all resources available to them whilst taking the exam. The pass mark is 80% or higher. There are multiple choice questions and short answer questions. There are no retests for this exam. If you fail this exam you will have to retake the entire course.
